Booking, Changes & Cancellations
Book your stay conveniently through our website. Depending on the rate you booked, you can make changes and cancellations on your own. To do so, click the “Detailed Booking Information” link at the bottom of the booking confirmation email you received immediately after booking. On the following page, please enter the email address you used when booking, as well as your last name. You can then view, modify, or cancel your reservation.
Depending on the rate, up to two rebookings are possible free of charge. Changes and cancellations are free of charge up to three days before arrival.
Please note that for reservations made through booking portals such as Booking.com, the terms and conditions listed there apply.
Discount for Longer Stays
For longer stays, you can take advantage of attractive special rates. For stays of 30 nights or more, enter the discount code Longstay when booking through our website to receive a 20% discount on the booking price.
Payment Information
Bookings made through our website can be conveniently paid for by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or PayPal.

The driveway:
From Freiburg, follow the B31 until the exit St.Peter/Stegen/Todtnau/Oberried/Kirchzarten. Turn left and continue on the L127. Go straight to Höllentalstraße. After about 850 m you reach a second roundabout, here please take the first exit towards Stegener Straße. After about 600m turn left onto Bahnhofstraße. You will find us after about 100m on the right side.
Access by public:
Please get off at the station in Kirchzarten. Our apartments can be found directly after 1 minute walk on the opposite side.
Check-in
You can arrive between 4 pm and 9 pm.
Arrival after 21:00 is also possible, but only with prior consultation. If you arrive after 21:00, you will receive your apartment key via a key box.

Check-out
You can travel comfortably until 11 a.m. When you leave the apartment, please put the keys on the table and close the door behind you.
Late departure is possible after prior consultation until 12 o’clock. Please call us +49 761 600 466 33. If a previous departure takes place, we are happy to receive a message on the previous day of departure, so that our housekeeping can be optimally used.
Baggage storage
We are happy to take your luggage before you check in. Please contact us to discuss the details.
Pets
Pets are welcome. We charge a flat cleaning fee of €15 per night per animal. Please contact us before you arrive.
Internet
All apartments are equipped with free Wi-Fi.
Children
We are happy to provide you with a cot and a high chair free of charge. Simply reserve these items before you arrive, or get in touch with us during your stay.
Parking
Our private parking is available on site free of charge.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in the apartments or anywhere in the building. Please note that a charge of EUR 300 will be incurred if this rule is broken.
Account
Before departure, please enter your invoice data into our guest system. You will automatically receive an invoice at the email address you provided on the day of departure. You will be able to access our guest system a few days before arrival.
Cleaning
For stays of at least seven days, we offer an intermediate cleaning service free of charge upon request. This includes cleaning the floors, changing the towels, disposing of rubbish, replenishing toilet paper, coffee and soap, and a quick clean of the bathroom and kitchen.
Additional intermediate cleanings are available at 25 EUR per cleaning. Please contact us by phone or email.
Upon departure, we kindly ask our guests to leave the apartment clean and tidy with washed dishes. Any additional cleaning required due to excessive dirt will be charged for, with a minimum charge of €25. We require a deposit of your credit card or passport details. This data will be irrevocably deleted by us on the day of your departure.
Our services
The rental price includes bed linen, bath towels, dish towels, washing-up liquid and bin bags. We also provide coffee pads for the coffee machine, washing machine detergent, and salt and pepper. Please let us know if you need anything else. Final cleaning is also included in the price.
Washing machine
Some of our apartments have a washing machine, which you can use free of charge along with the provided detergent. Please contact our staff if you have any questions.
Additional persons
For additional persons we charge 15,- EUR per night and person.
