Please dispose of waste in the provided garbage cans (yellow for plastic, green for paper and brown for residual waste) in the corridors. These are emptied daily. If there are no bins in the corridors, please contact us. We can collect your rubbish if necessary. When you leave, you can leave the rubbish in the apartment and we will dispose of it during the final clean.

Please depart by 11 am. When you leave the apartment, please put the keys on the table and close the door behind you. Please note that we will have to charge you 100 euros if you lose your room key. You can check out later than 11 am by prior arrangement, up to 12 noon. Please contact us to arrange this. If you are leaving earlier, please let us know the day before so that we can optimise the deployment of our housekeeping team.

• Turn the heating down by one degree.
• Turn the air conditioning or fan up by one degree, or open the window to let in cooler air.
• Set the fridge to a medium cooling setting.
• Only switch on the dishwasher when it is full, and select the eco programme.
• Switch off lights and air conditioning/fan when leaving the apartment.
• Reduce water consumption.
• Close windows and doors when leaving the apartment.
• Ventilate in short bursts instead of opening windows slightly.

You can park your bicycles in our car park. Please note that we do not accept any liability.

It is possible to store high-quality bicycles in the apartment. However, please make sure that you do not soil or damage the walls.

We welcome your suggestions and ideas for improvements. If there is anything that does not meet your expectations, please let us know immediately so that we can address it during your stay. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

We are happy to accept your luggage before you check in. Please contact us to discuss the details.

We ask that you observe the night-time rest period between 10 pm and 6 am. The apartments, their furnishings and any other property must not be damaged. Please note that any damage caused will be charged for.

Pets are very welcome. We charge a flat rate of €15 per night per pet to cover the additional cleaning costs. Please register your pet with us before you arrive.

We are happy to provide a free baby crib and high chair. Simply reserve them before you arrive, or get in touch during your stay.

You can find timetable information for public transportation on the Bus & Bahn Kirchzarten website. If you stay with us as a tourist, you will receive a Konus card, which allows you to use public transportation free of charge.

Our own parking spaces are available free of charge and are located directly on site.

All of our apartments are non-smoking. We reserve the right to charge for any damage to the inventory, such as burn marks, at replacement value. An additional charge of 300 EUR will be incurred for special cleaning.

Before departure, please enter your invoice data into our guest system. You will automatically receive an invoice at the email address you provided on the day of departure. You will be able to access our guest system a few days before arrival.

The accommodation comes with a kitchen, which will be handed over clean with a full set of equipment. We kindly ask that you put the dishes, cutlery and pots back in the cupboards once they have been cleaned.

Please do not shower outside the shower cubicle. Please keep the bathroom as dry as possible.
For stays of at least seven days, we offer a free intermediate cleaning service. This includes cleaning the floor, changing the towels, emptying the bins, replenishing toilet paper, coffee pads and soap, and a quick clean of the bathroom and kitchen. Additional intermediate cleaning is available at intervals as required for €25 per clean. Please contact us to arrange this.

On departure, we ask our guests to leave the apartment swept and cleaned, and with the dishes washed. Heavy soiling will incur an additional charge of at least 25 euros. We take the liberty of taking your credit card or passport details as a deposit. This data will be irrevocably deleted on the day of your departure.

The rental price includes bed linen, towels, tea towels, washing-up liquid, and bin liners. We also provide coffee pods for the coffee machine, washing-up liquid, washing machine detergent, and salt and pepper. Please let us know if you require any additional supplies. Final cleaning is also included in the price.

A free fan is available for hot summer days.
Is it too cold for you? We will be happy to install a fan heater in your apartment.
