Please dispose of rubbish in the designated bins (yellow: plastic, green: paper, brown: general waste). On departure you may leave the rubbish in the apartment - we’ll dispose of it for you during final cleaning.

Departure is convenient until 11:00. When leaving the apartment, please leave the apartment keys on the table and pull the door shut behind you.

A late departure is possible until 12:00 by prior arrangement. Please call us on +49 761 600 466 33 for this. Should you be departing earlier than planned, we’d appreciate a message the day before departure so our housekeeping team can be scheduled optimally.

• Set the fridge to medium cooling
• Only run the dishwasher when full and use the eco programme
• Switch off lights and the air conditioning/fan when leaving the apartment
• Reduce water consumption
• Close windows and doors when leaving the apartment
• Air the room briefly rather than leaving windows tilted open

You can leave your bicycles with us in the car park. Please understand that we cannot accept liability for them.

For higher-value bicycles, it’s possible to store them in the apartment. In this case, please take care not to mark or damage the walls.

We welcome suggestions and ideas for improvement. If something isn’t to your satisfaction, please let us know straight away so we can put it right during your stay.

Guest satisfaction is our top priority.

We’re happy to take your luggage before check-in. Please contact us to arrange the details.

We kindly ask you to observe quiet hours between 22:00 and 6:00. Please do not damage the apartments, their fittings or any other property. Please note that any damage caused will be charged.

Pets are warmly welcome. To cover the additional cleaning effort, we charge a flat rate of €15 per night per pet. Please register your pet with us before your arrival.

We’re happy to provide a travel cot and a high chair free of charge. Simply reserve these before arrival, or get in touch with us during your stay.

You’ll find timetable information for public transport on the Bus & Bahn Kirchzarten website. If you’re staying with us as a tourist, you’ll have received a Konus card, which lets you use public transport free of charge.

Our own parking spaces directly at the property are available free of charge.

All of our apartments are non-smoking. We reserve the right to charge for any damage to furnishings caused by burn marks at replacement value. The additional cost of specialist cleaning will be charged at €300.

Please add your invoice details in our guest system before your departure day. An invoice will be sent automatically to your registered email address on the day of departure. You’ll receive access to our guest system a few days before arrival.

The apartment is equipped with a kitchen that is handed over clean and with a complete inventory. We ask you to only put dishes, cutlery and pots back in the cupboards once clean.

Please don’t shower outside of the shower cubicle. Please keep the bathroom largely dry.

For stays of at least 7 nights, we offer a free interim clean on request. This includes cleaning the floors, replacing towels, disposing of rubbish, topping up toilet paper, coffee pods and soap, as well as a light clean of the bathroom and kitchen. An additional interim clean at an interval of your choice is available for €25 per clean. Please get in touch with us for this.

At departure we ask our guests to leave the apartment swept clean and with washed-up dishes. Heavy soiling will be charged according to effort, but at a minimum of €25. As a deposit, we reserve the right to hold your credit card or passport details. This data is irrevocably deleted on the day of your departure.

The rental price includes bed linen, towels, tea towels, washing-up liquid and bin bags. We also provide coffee pods for the coffee machine, as well as salt and pepper. Please let us know if you need a refill or anything else. Final cleaning is also included in the price.

On hot summer days, a fan is available to you free of charge. If you need anything further, please contact us by phone or email.

Too cold for you? Please get in touch with us as well - we’ll be happy to provide a heater for your apartment.

Some of our apartments have a washing machine, which you can use free of charge including the detergent provided. Does your apartment not have a washing machine? We have an additional washing machine in the basement that you’re welcome to use.
